Waterford
We are an independent/assisted living community with residential care that seeks to preserve and encourage residents’ individuality. Residents may choose from a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment in an appointed and comfortable senior living environment. Residents have the benefits of assistance with personal services, medication, and other activities of daily living to maintain independence and quality of life. We provide a continuum of health services through rehabilitation and skilled nursing. A fully equipped health and fitness club with pool and spa are one of the amenities on campus. Our Life Enrichment team plans a variety of activities to give our residents the opportunity to maintain personal life styles and the ability to pursue new interests. Transportation is available for appointments, shopping and outings.

Three Fountains
Residents at Avamere Three Fountains receive full service therapy in combination with professional restorative nursing programs. 24-hour nursing for rehabilitation and long term care are provided by certified staff with RN case managers. Our Life Enrichment team plans each day’s activity to encourage resident participation by perhaps going to the beauty shop, listening to a band play parade tunes or by attending special group activities. Social workers are on staff to assist residents and families with resources and provide long range planning. It is the goal of Avamere at Three Fountains "to enhance the life of every person we serve."

Avamere -  Health & Fitness Club
Avamere Health & Fitness club is a full-service club open to the public for adults 40-plus years. The club is located within the Avamere at Medford community.
