WILSONVILLE, Ore. – Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene, a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Eugene, Oregon, received the Silver Achievement in Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living for 2021. The community received one of only two silver awards granted in the state of Oregon.
The award recognizes recipients for developing and proving effective approaches to improve performance and healthcare outcomes.
