A draw to Avamere

Clinical goals

In Peggy’s first month at Avamere, she is already excited about the energy from the Avamere teams in their desire to be best in class. Peggy met many regional and local administrative leaders and nursing leaders at the recent Avamere Living CBC strategic planning event, July 26-28, 2021 in Vancouver, Washington. There she learned what they hope to see in a clinical vice president. Among the desires were more training and to further know how to achieve clinical excellence.

Peggy’s primary clinical goal is to provide sustainable systems that encourage clinical success and employee retention. She’s dedicated to continuing to build a clinical platform that sales teams are proud to present and leaders are excited to share with potential employees.

Welcome, Peggy, to Team Avamere!
