Suzanne Elise Assisted Living in Seaside, Oregon

June 25, 2019

Avamere at Seaside, Suzanne Elise’s neighboring community, is undergoing some exciting renovations to welcome independent living. Their assisted living area is transitioning into independent living, including exciting building renovations.

This change also brings exciting changes for Suzanne Elise!

Welcoming new residents

Suzanne Elise is proud to welcome Avamere at Seaside’s assisted living residents to their community.

Residents began moving in from Avamere at Seaside late April with staff who continue to provide the Avamere way of care.

The new residents enjoy the same amenities they did at Avamere at Seaside, including three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, and all utilities. They also offer scheduled transportation, a salon, and on-call medical assistance.

New home, same engaging atmosphere

Residents at Suzanne Elise can stay engaged both physically and mentally with a packed calendar of activities and outings. Some of the popular activities are Sit & Be Fit where residents get in a workout, Thirsty Thursday (often accompanied with live entertainment), and of course, Bingo.

Residents can also read a good book in the library, get a new do at the in-house salon, or enjoy a meal in the restaurant-style dining hall.

Suzanne Elise’s wide variety of engaging activities and amenities is part of what makes their assisted living community home.

Meeting seniors in their life journey

Avamere at Seaside’s upcoming independent living offering aligns with Avamere’s continuum of care priority, where they aim to provide care to seniors wherever they are in their life journey.

Adding independent living at Avamere at Seaside fills in this continuum of care in the Seaside area. Together, Avamere at Seaside and Suzanne Elise staff are proud to offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, and respite care to seniors looking to retire at the Oregon coast!
