My aunt is one of those folks who seems to be unhappy all the time and still would like to be back in her old place, but always tells us that the people taking care of her treat her very well. She never complains about the food and has gained a good deal of weight, which was needed. The staff keeps us well informed of any problems or concerns and are more than helpful when we call into them. We live over 200 miles away and have to come in to get my aunt to doctor appointments and take care of other business for her every couple of weeks, she is always clean, dressed and ready for us on time and never a wait for someone to receive her when we return.
