The Oregon Health Care Association awarded team member Margaret Silebi, Director of Nursing Services at Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene, with the Nurse Leader Award for skilled nursing care. Our team was honored to receive the Bronze Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. In 2019, Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene staff were honored to receive the Advanced Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement Accreditation for the third consecutive year.
Our team developed a sleep program and was awarded the Bronze Dignity Award from McKnight's Technology Awards for our program.
