"I would like to thank all the staff at Riverpark in Eugene for the wonderful care my mother received there. I don't know everyone's names there, but several people stood out, such as Shannon. From the beginning of my mother's stay there, Shannon was wonderful. She always answered all my questions regarding my mother's care, and she listened and made necessary changes in a timely fashion. She has great communication skills, knowledge in her field, is personable and I looked forward to seeing her each day I visited, because of her caring, positive and happy nature. I don't think my mother would have recovered as quickly as she did, without people like Shannon on your staff. Although I didn't know all the CNA's names and other care persons, the ones who cared for my mother were very kind, hard-working and my mother truly liked each one. She mentioned Joe, many times as being one of her favorite care workers. She said he was always kind, caring, hardworking and attended to all her needs in a timely fashion. I also want to thank Amanda in social services for being so kind, efficient and a huge help in navigating all the future care my mother may need. To all the wonderful employees at River park, my family want to thank you for your service and doing such a great job caring for my mother.
