Avamere Olympic Rehabilitation of Sequim finally had the opportunity to celebrate their significant accomplishments from 2022! On Wednesday, December 14, they threw a big party for their staff and leadership in honor of earning Medicare 5-Star Status. In addition, they only received 3 tags on their annual State Survey, which is very difficult to accomplish in Washington state!
Olympic Rehab also earned a number of Year-End Awards from Avamere Living, which were handed out by VP of Operations Roxy Stennett and Senior Regional Administrator Ryan Rose. These included Excellence in AR, Excellence in Annual Survey, and Excellence in Retention.
In addition, Olympic Rehab earned a US News & World Report “Best Nursing Home” award for their efforts this year!
On top of receiving all of these impressive accolades, Interim Administrator Skyler Schmitt and Director of Nursing Julie Martin put together a lively and festive holiday party for their staff! There was a raffle, food, drink, and top-notch decorations!
All-in-all, this was a great day for the staff and leadership of Olympic Rehab to celebrate their hard work and recognize their significant achievements this year. For a facility that is just a bit off the beaten path, Wednesday was their day to enjoy the spotlight. Congratulations to their outstanding team!
