Queen Anne Healthcare

Nestled along the Fremont Cut canal in Seattle, Washington is Queen Anne Healthcare, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Queen Anne specializes in trauma-informed care and behavioral health services, and has a special contract with the local trauma center, Harborview Medical Center. At this time, we only admit patients from the Harborview Bed Readiness program; no other admissions are considered.

At Queen Anne, we don’t just focus on care while you are with us; we make sure you have a plan for success when it’s time to go home. Our facility provides a full suite of social services to our residents, and creates individualized discharge plans when your time with us is coming to a close.

The community was ranked one of the top 25 places to work in Seattle by Seattle Met Magazine and listed as one of the best senior living communities in the United States by the U.S. News & World Report.
