Senior community earns 5-star rating
Laurelhurst Village, a senior care campus offering skilled nursing and assisted living, earned a 5-star overall rating from Medicare, the highest possible score. Approximately 25% of nursing homes nationwide earn this impressive 5-star rating.
The 5-star quality rating is based on a nursing home’s performance on three sources: health inspections, staffing, and quality of resident care measures. As part of the outstanding results, Laurelhurst Village earned a 3 for health inspections, 5 for staffing, and 5 for quality of resident care, resulting in an overall score of 5.
